Mental Health Conversation For Women Entrepreneurs
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the mental health on women business owners and entrepreneurs. Now, more than ever, it is critical to reduce the stigma around mental health struggles. Helping women to recognizing their feelings, find the routines that inspire and lift them up, removing toxic relationships & influences, and joining the conversation with others can connect them to a path to recovery as they work towards living a healthy lifestyle and incorporating mental health tools.
Inspire others to raise awareness and take part in sharing information, resources and support for mental health conditions Women In The Black has partnered with Health first to create a nine (9) part series to begin in May during Mental Health Month to help to eradicate the stigmas associated with mental.
